Registration Fee includes: Participation in sessions, poster sessions with drinks, 4 light lunches, conference kit, use of the conference app, DJ party and a desert experience.

Accompanying Person fee includes: Poster sessions with drinks, DJ party and a desert experience. Please note the accompanying person fee DOES NOT include lunches.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for registration fees may be made by bank transfer*, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners) or invoice to your institution. If Target Conferences does not receive the purchase order prior to the event, participant must pay on-site and obtain reimbursement from his/her institution following the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY ON REGISTRATION

Our refund policy on Registration is based upon receiving notification as follows:

Received prior to July 10, 2022, full refund less €75 handling fee

Received from July 11, 2022 up until August 11, 2022: 50% refund

Received from August 12, 2022: No refund.
