
Abstracts
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS​
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance based on scientific merit.
Inclusion of abstracts in the scientific program (oral and/or poster) is dependent on payment of registration fees at least one month prior to registration.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Abstracts must be submitted via the above online link.

All abstracts must be submitted in English.

The names and affiliations of ALL authors should be included in the abstract, i.e. department, institution, city, country.

Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words, not including the title, author names and affiliations.

If submitting more than one abstract, each abstract must be uploaded separately.
ABSTRACT EDITING
Once you have submitted your abstract you can edit the document/authors/affiliations etc. by logging in again.
ABSTRACT STATUS
You can check the status of abstracts submitted by logging in. Click on the abstract tab to track the review process. Once your abstract has been reviewed you will also receive an email notification.

E-Posters
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING YOUR E-POSTER

E-Posters should be prepared in a 16:9 projection ratio (widescreen), landscape orientation.

E-Posters should be submitted in a PowerPoint format (ppt, pptx), or as a Graphic file (jpeg).
-
Slide/image resolution: at least 1920x1080 pixels.

Each E-Poster should consist of 1 slide.

Full title of the poster and the names of the authors should be shown at the top of the first slide/image.

Please choose a clear typeface.

Images should not be compressed.
-
Graphs should be embedded as images.
-
Effects (animations, etc.) are not allowed.
-
Photographs should be large enough to see relevant detail.
-
Avoid crowding the poster with too much information.
-
Legends in any graphs and embedded images must be legible.
